Shipping information
Upon receiving your order, it will take us 5–7 days to arrange and process your gift, after which you will receive your tracking details. All items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
How the process works
Once you have pressed ‘Add to cart’ and completed checkout, we will commission the donation with one of our trusted charities and arrange for your gift box to be sent to you. Please double-check your personalisation details before placing your order — changes may not be possible once processing begins.
