Upon receiving your order, it will take us 5-7 days to arrange and process your gift after which you will receive your tracking details. All items will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Once you have pressed the ‘Buy Now’ button you will be taken to the checkout page. At the bottom of this page, you will be requested to enter the text you would like on the front plaque (Max 40 characters) and the message for your e-certificate (Max 220 characters). Please check all information prior to submitting as any errors at this stage may prove difficult to amend or could cause delays.
Once we have all the required information, we will commission the donation with one of our trusted charities and arrange for your gift box to be sent to you!
